CALIFORNIA UTILITY ENERGY EFFICIENCY
- The State's electric and gas utilities must provide low-income
energy efficiency services if a significant need exists in the utility's service
territory. Includes utility appliance programs (energy efficient refrigerators,
water heaters, ranges, furnaces) and utility energy efficiency inspections.
