HHS Releases Additional $151.26 Million in Low Income Energy Assistance Fund

On March 4, HHS released an additional $151.26 million in regular FY 2003 LIHEAP funds, bringing to $1.76 billion the total amount granted to states so far this year, including the $200 million in emergency funds released in January.
